Lollipop cut at 4.5”, “sweet” cut at 1.5”

Supplies: 1” squares, Happy Go Lucky/Lime Twist; lollipop papers and “sweet”, Mango Frost cardstock matstack by DCWV; twine, The Twinery; buttons and string, misc
